Helen Kanowski has a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from the University of Queensland. She is also a qualified Life Coach. Her professional background spans 25 years of clinical, managerial, and university teaching experience.

With a focus on assisting people to:

• establish clear goals,
• develop strategies to meet these goals, and
• supporting and sustaining forward movement,

Helen’s skills lie in empowering individuals and groups to discover and maximize the potential they aspire to.

In her private practice, Helen chooses to use Life Coaching as her primary treatment modality. People assessed as requiring other forms of Occupational Therapy input will be referred on to a relevant Occupational Therapist.
